Hello RAD People,
We are only a few days away from our first ever RADwood at The AutoFair and we can't wait to see all of you and your RAD cars this Friday and/or Saturday. Bring a friend, bring a good attitude, and be ready to have a killer time!
For ALL RADwood Show Car ticket holders: your ticket is good for both Friday and Saturday. We encourage you to show your vehicle both days, but it is not mandatory.
If you choose to only attend a single day, you must leave your car parked and in place until the end of that day.
If you plan to arrive Friday and take your car off the property overnight, we cannot guarantee the same parking spot on Saturday.
Leaving your car in place all day Friday, overnight and all-day Saturday is preferred.
LOAD-IN DETAILS:
All show vehicles will first proceed to Entrance P. Once there, you will present your tickets and receive a window decal and you’ll be instructed to the Xfinity Garage area and RADwood. See map below.
Directions - Physical address for Entrance P is 5197 Morehead Road, Concord, NC 28027.
Now, for arrival times at Entrance P for both Friday and Saturday:
- Royalty show vehicles ($78+ ticket), please arrive as close to 7:30 AM as you can.
- Standard show vehicles ($52+ ticket), please begin your arrivals at 8:00 AM.
RADwood Load-in Closes at 9:00am
Please have your registration email or digital ticket ready when entering the Speedway. You’ll be given a window decal and then directed to the show field.
We are parking all cars in a short time period each day before we close the gate no later than 9am, when spectators begin arriving. It is very important that you are on time to ensure the load-in is efficient and we get everyone in place ahead of closing the gate. Royalty vehicles, in particular, take extra time since they are curated. Please be patient!
•No pop-up tents, please. There will be multiple indoor areas available for shade.
We'll have food/beverage vendors on site throughout the day. RADwood merch will be available and an 80s and 90s DJ will be spinning all day, too!
The AutoFair officially starts and is open to the public at 8:00 AM and the awards ceremony will be on Saturday only and starts at 12:30 PM, where we're presenting over 9 RAD trophies. All vehicles must stay in place until the end of the show due to safety and security concerns. The show runs rain or shine unless hazardous conditions are present.
We all look forward to seeing you, your rad cars, the best era-correct attire and accessories. And remember: there is an award for 'RADDEST DRESSED' so go all out! See you at the show this Friday and Saturday!
